多环槽式磁流变阻尼器阻尼力建模及实验分析Modeling and experimental analyzing of damping force of the multi-ring grooves MRF damper

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了自行设计的多环槽式磁流变阻尼器的结构和工作原理,提出了关于磁流变液的线性粘滞环阻尼力模型,并给出模型中参数的确定方法。通过液压激励试验台系统测试了磁流变阻尼器在不同电流、输入激励下的阻尼力-速度、阻尼力-位移特性。结果表明,在不同的输入电流及输入激励下,该模型都能较好地反映磁流变液的滞回特性,与阻尼器实验数据有较好的拟合精度。线性的力学模型方便计算与控制研究,为磁流变液阻尼器在半主动控制中的应用研究提供指导。
