多片小尺寸Terfenol-D复合悬臂梁设计与实验Design and experiments on multiple and small size Terfenol-D composite cantilever beam

摘要(Abstract):
磁致伸缩式复合悬臂梁工作过程中,所粘贴的功能材料层承受张力。当弯曲挠度较大时易导致主动伸缩层断裂。针对这一问题,提出了一种新型的磁致伸缩式复合悬臂梁,采用多片小尺寸Terfenol-D薄片驱动,设计了磁路,并分别设置了提供偏置磁场的偏置线圈和提供驱动磁场的驱动线圈。对悬臂梁的动静态性能进行了测试,实验表明随着驱动频率的增高,悬臂梁磁滞环呈现增大趋势,但在一阶固有频率附近,即受共振影响区域,磁滞环反而会减小。
